Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable

VulnBox Pro is a $4.99/month recurring subscription. Charges already processed -- including the current billing period at the time you cancel -- are non-refundable, whether or not you actively used the Service during that period.

Cancel anytime, no lock-in

There's no minimum commitment. Open the BOXES tab in-app and click MANAGE PLAN to reach Stripe's self-service billing portal, where you can cancel with one click. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; you keep access to the Medium/Hard/Hard -- Chained tiers through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to the free Easy tier and weekly challenge.

Exceptions

We'll make an exception and issue a refund at our discretion for: a duplicate/accidental charge (e.g. you were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error on our end), or a charge that went through due to a verifiable bug in the Service's own checkout flow. Contact us with your account username and the approximate charge date.

Where applicable law grants you a mandatory refund/withdrawal right regardless of this policy (for example certain consumer-protection rules in some jurisdictions), that legal right isn't affected by anything above.
